I slept last night. :D And it was sunny today! :D except for when I overheated while hanging out my washing.

So it turned out that, since my parents hadn't bought a good present for my sister yet, and also my Homestar Runner stuff hasn't arrived, we opened one present this morning and the rest in the evening.

I opened the Order of the Stick backstory comics in the morning. They're great, especially Start of Darkness. The strange thing is, my mum says she ordered them on the exact same day in November that she ordered the Homestar Runner stuff I wanted, and they came a week later. Georgia and Pennsylvania aren't that far away in relation to Australia.

My parents got me Signspotting 2: More Absurd & Amusing Signs From Around The World. It's book, but other than that it should be self-explanatory. I've only read a little so far, but I noticed that they had a sign that's near here on the way to Sydney. Without this book, I may never have noticed that the McDonalds Yass billboard on the highway looks a lot like it says "my ass opens 6am". Thank you, book.

My brother got me a Tarot deck. It wasn't Rider-Waite, but it seemed okay, once I figured out what the difference between the suit of Wands and the suit of Swords was. Also, the Major Acarna subtitles are in French. According to Wikipedia, it's the Tarot de Marseille, and it's quite popular in some countries. Anyway, I'm glad to have my own deck and not steal my mother's every few month. And I do believe in the Tarot. Mostly.

My sister got me a couple of CDs. An old Linkin Park album with some songs I love on (I'm sick of apologising for my taste in music so I won't), and a Saosin album. I've never heard of Saosin, but according to my sister I'd like them.

Lastly, my brother and I got a graphics tablet from my parents. I did not see this coming at all. I was totally delighted at being able to draw a curve in MSPaint as only someone who has drawn badly with a mouse in MSPaint for the past four years can be. But my brother hasn't got it to work on his computer yet, because he's running Linux.

This is also why he's spent the entire day trying to get the Orange Box to work on his computer. Whenever he tries to open a game, it crashes, even though his computer meets the system requirements.

Also, we had pizza from Christmas dinner.

Long post.
